Hi there! My name is Nathan Hydinger, and I’m proud to be a Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain service expert. My roots run deep in Connecticut, where I grew up in the charming town of Guilford and attended Xavier High School in Middletown.
In 2010, I embarked on a new adventure, joining the United States Air Force. During my five years of active duty, I was part of the Civil Engineering Squadron, where I honed a diverse skill set encompassing plumbing, fire suppression systems, wastewater treatment, and water purification procedures. In 2014, I earned my mechanical and electrical technology associate degree from the Community College of the Air Force.
Since July 2016, I’ve been a part of the Bluefrog family. What I appreciate most about this team is our shared dedication to providing straightforward and honest customer service. We believe in empowering homeowners with knowledge explaining the “why” behind plumbing issues to prevent future problems. We’d much rather see you enjoying our beautiful Connecticut shoreline than making unnecessary service calls!

When I’m not unclogging drains or fixing leaks, I cherish spending time with my wonderful wife and three amazing kids. We love exploring the great outdoors, hiking scenic trails, and basking in the sun at the beach whenever the weather permits. I’ve always had a knack for problem-solving and fixing things, which perfectly aligns with my passion for plumbing.
