We called BlueFrog because they had excellent reviews and serviced our area. Calling and making an appointment was seamless for getting a water line to our new fridge. When the day arrived, we were notified that unfortunately the tech who was assigned was out sick, but they were having someone else come out. Usually we’ve had companies just reschedule! Our tech was Rich and he was wonderful. I was home alone working and as a woman, he ensured that we had received the video of his background and who he is to ensure customer safety. Which is LOVELY! Rich arrived, was able to do the job efficiently, communicated clearly with no frills (I prefer this, I don’t need an entire sales pitch) and was a delight to have in the home. I love how everything that was done was sent via email after so we have records of everything! Will definitely be using BlueFrog in the future and will most likely request Rich again because I valued his honesty and transparency.
