UPDATE 11/1/26: I have no idea how to add another review or even if I can, but I wanted to take another moment to rave about the quality of the techs at Blue Frog! We have two babies coming and we needed assistance with the piping under our new sink. Of course I wanted Rich to come out again because I trusted his straight forward attitude and genuine compassion for his clients. Thankfully he did - AND he remembered we were expecting and he brought a little frog plushie for them (how sweet!). He was able to alleviate our issues immediately, let me know pricing and everything. We were able to self-install our sink (which is what we wanted) with no issue. Thanks Blue Frog and Rich!!

We called BlueFrog because they had excellent reviews and serviced our area. Calling and making an appointment was seamless for getting a water line to our new fridge. When the day arrived, we were notified that unfortunately the tech who was assigned was out sick, but they were having someone else come out. Usually we’ve had companies just reschedule! Our tech was Rich and he was wonderful. I was home alone working and as a woman, he ensured that we had received the video of his background and who he is to ensure customer safety. Which is LOVELY! Rich arrived, was able to do the job efficiently, communicated clearly with no frills (I prefer this, I don’t need an entire sales pitch) and was a delight to have in the home. I love how everything that was done was sent via email after so we have records of everything!
