There is a $96 service fee per visit. If any repair or service is carried out at the time of the appointment, the service fee is waived.

Membership Details:
- Warranty is a rolling warranty of 6 years with active membership from the date of work performed/installation of product (NO WARRANTY ON STOPPAGES)
- Customer is responsible for scheduling the annual plumbing assessment
- Residential service only (multi-properties owned by customer within service area are included)
Conditions:
- Product must be supplied by our company
- Water pressure in the home cannot exceed 80 PSI
- Water quality must meet minimum standards
- No neglect or abuse of fixtures
Billing & Renewal:
Your membership is ongoing and will automatically renew each year on or around the anniversary of your original sign-up date.
Your account will be automatically charged annually using the payment method on file.
