Nicole joined bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of Central CT when the company first opened and has been the go-to person for all things behind the scenes ever since. From accounting and social media to software support, she keeps operations running smoothly.
A proud mom, Nicole loves spending time with her family, baking, and photography.
Melanie Vecchitto
Front Office Manager
As the Front Office Manager at Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain, Melanie helps keep daily operations and scheduling running smoothly, ensuring both customers and the team are always taken care of.
She received her Office Support Certification from Hennepin Technical College and earned her Associate of Arts degree through Ashland University. Melanie is currently working toward her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a minor in Business Administration.
When she’s not in the office, Melanie enjoys singing, dancing, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her family.
Nathan Hydinger
Co-owner
A Guilford, Connecticut native and Xavier High School graduate, Nathan served in the United States Air Force for five years before transferring to the Air National Guard, where he continues to serve.
During his military career, he gained hands-on experience with plumbing, fire suppression systems, wastewater treatment, and water purification. He also earned an associate’s degree in mechanical and electrical technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
Since joining bluefrog, Nathan has helped lead a team committed to delivering straightforward, honest, and high-quality service.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, especially hiking and visiting the beach, and has always been passionate about problem-solving and hands-on work.
Guy Fazzino
Co-owner
Born and raised in Middletown, Connecticut, Guy earned his Bachelor of Science degree from UConn and has been immersed in the world of plumbing since he was 16. He began his journey working alongside his father in the family business. That hands-on experience inspired Guy to start his own plumbing company in 2003. Today, he’s the co-owner of bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of Central CT.
When he’s not on the job, you can catch Guy hitting the slopes, on the golf course, or enjoying a friendly game of cornhole. He currently lives in Wallingford, Connecticut and is a proud dad of two college graduates.
