I have an unusual one and he was able to quickly find the same model new and line up the replacement to happen next day. He was timely, courteous, and a clear communicator. Tenzin explained exactly what he and Billy were going to do to clear my kitchen drain and find out why the dishwasher was dripping water. Within 45 minutes they were able to clear the clog in the kitchen drain and explain why the dishwasher was dripping. Tenzin and Billy were both professional and knowledgeable.
