Called with an emergency leaky bathroom faucet, Thursday.. It was late, about 15 minutes before closing. The woman who answered was polite & said someone would come Friday between 11am-1pm. And yep, Rich showed up,(after introducing himself via email) right around 11. Less than an hour later, everything was repaired and a new faucet. Professional, friendly, and fast!
