Rich did a great job replacing old cast iron pipes and copper water valves throughout my home. The real deal and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend!

Awesome experience and would highly recommend. They were able to shift schedules to get someone here on a Friday to make sure we had hot water for the weekend. Jake and Matt were very respectful and stayed to make sure everything worked after install was complete.

Highly recommend! Found the drain pipes underneath my bathtub broken and leaking into my crawlspace. Called Bluefrog and they sent Dan out within 4 hours. 2 hours later everything was fixed at a reasonable price. Dan explained everything along the way, very professional. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Update Oct 2nd 2026: Matt and his apprentice came out and did a great job cleaning and descaling my on demand hot water heater and repairing the shutoff valve behind my washing machine. Excellent work, reasonable price. Thank you guys!

We are a licensed plumbing and drain company in north Wallingford, a few minutes down Route 5 from downtown Meriden, and Meriden is one of the towns we work in every day. That matters more here than it does in a newer suburb. Meriden grew up around its factories and a great deal of its housing went up in that era, so a plumber working in this city spends the day on cast iron drain stacks, galvanized supply lines, three-family conversions with plumbing that was split up decades ago, and boilers in fieldstone basements. We know what is behind the walls before we open them.
