Highly recommend! Found the drain pipes underneath my bathtub broken and leaking into my crawlspace. Called Bluefrog and they sent Dan out within 4 hours.  2 hours later everything was fixed at a reasonable price.  Dan explained everything along the way, very professional. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Most Middlefield homes are older and run on well water and septic, and that mix causes most of the plumbing problems we see in town. Half the homes here were built before 1960. Older houses often still have galvanized supply lines, which cause low pressure and rusty water, or cast-iron drains, which crack and back up. Well water also leaves minerals and sediment in water heaters faster than town water, so regular flushing helps them last longer.

Homes outside the sewer districts in Lake Beseck, Brookside Drive, and Harvest Wood/Route 66 are on septic, so keep grease and wipes out of the drains. If your drains keep backing up, we can run a camera down the line to find the cause. Winter is the other big risk. Pipes in crawlspaces, exterior walls, and outdoor spigots are the most likely to freeze. If one bursts, shut off your main water valve first, then call us.
